Centurion Guides begins working with you from the moment you sign your franchise agreement.
REAL ESTATE & SITE SELECTION
We work with you and your real estate brokers to find the right site in your market.
CONSTRUCTION
Our team manages the contractor selection, the architect selection and then hires a general manager to run your restaurant.
RECRUITING
Centurion Guides recruits a quality General Manager who oversees your team members and manages your restaurant.
MARKETING
Our Marketing team supports and works with our clients to develop the right marketing plan for you.
OPERATIONS
We manage the daily operations of the restaurant. We focus on finding a customer service focused manager who will build the right team. We work with you to establish monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals. We evaluate the success of the General Manager based on meeting or exceeding those goals.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Our role is to support the General Manager with all of the tools and guidance needed to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations. We want to WOW the customer!
FINANCIAL REPORTING
We provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the restaurant’s sales and profitability. We also assist with plans to address opportunities and concerns.
HIRING & TRAINING
Centurion Guides handles the recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training for the restaurant, including the development of the team on an ongoing basis.

Dave is the CEO of Mahana Fresh and Centurion Guides. Dave is a restaurant franchise veteran with over forty years in the business. He provides his experience and knowledge to lead Centurion Guides.

Lead Centurion Guide
Dave is an industry veteran of over 25 years. He is well respected for his leadership and training skills. He started with Domino’s Pizza and worked nearly every role with them in the operations and training areas.

Centurion Guide - Operations
Jeff is an operations expert that has a great culinary range. He has worked with full service casual brands from wing and beer concepts to broad menu concepts. Jeff also has a great time as a MMA promoter.

Brittanie is a graduate of the University of Tampa where she studied marketing. She got her start in restaurant marketing at Tampa based PDQ. She focuses on planning and execution.
